What We Do

Our customers come to us for help ensuring their employees have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Our technology monitors for changes continuously and alerts customers whenever there is a status change or new conviction (like a DUI or Suspension). This mitigates accident risk, leads to reduced insurance premiums and most importantly safer roadways and communities everywhere.

What You’ll Do:

As our Administrative Assistant, you will wear many hats, but mainly will be responsible for customer support and general office administration functions. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detailed-oriented, possess effective written and oral communication skills, and be able to work with limited supervision while performing the duties listed below:

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a MUST
  • Able to plan, multi-task and adhere to daily schedule to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with little supervision
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and self-starter with an understanding of team goals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Intermediate proficiency in composition, grammar and spelling
  • Experience in the following area is strongly preferred: Customer support, admin assistant, sales associate
  • Computer proficiency with a focus on multi-tasking using several windows applications at once while assisting customers
  • Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and handle inbound calls as well as conduct outbound calls for prospecting & customer follow up as required
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and responsive customer service
  • Perform daily data entry and bookkeeping support activities as needed
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested by corporate executives

  • Meets/exceeds any established quality expectations and quantity quotas established
  • Meets/exceeds high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meets attendance expectations
  • Maintains strict adherence to Embark Safety’s security policies
  • Displays a high level of professionalism
  • Adheres to phone schedule and meets operational targets around adherence, handle time, call backs, etc.

EDUCATION:

  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • AA degree (desirable)
