Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.

What are some of the responsibilities of the position that we will coach you on?

You’ll be a go-to teammate across operations, customer support, and office administration. A typical week might include:

  • Serving as a front-line point of contact: answering inbound calls, chats, and emails; handling follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
  • Executing critical data entry and account updates with high accuracy.
  • Managing daily task queues and tickets to hit SLAs and quality targets.
  • Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining process documentation.
  • Coordinating small projects and cross-team handoffs (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Accounting).
  • Identifying workflow gaps and suggesting improvements that save time and reduce errors.
  • Assisting with special projects and “all hands” moments as needed by the Operations team.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a “no task too small” mindset—must have.
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of office/operations, customer support, bookkeeping or administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident on the phone and in email/chat.
  • Proven ability to plan your day, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas, formatting).
  • High attention to detail; steady accuracy with repetitive, critical tasks.
  • Comfortable multitasking across several Windows applications at once.

Nice-to-haves (bonus points)

Bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online) experience – preferred
