We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our operations team across process improvement, data analysis, and system optimization initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone interested in business operations, SaaS, analytics, and driving strategic efficiency across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in documenting and improving internal processes and workflows
- Managing task queues, tickets, and follow-ups to hit quality and response-time targets
- Support cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining clean, accurate records
- Assist with data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Support system setup, audits, and quality control initiatives
- Assist with implementation of new processes, tools, or automation initiatives
- Support internal team documentation and knowledge management
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel, Hubspot, Asana, and access to regulated/protected websites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious mindset with a desire to improve processes and drive efficiency
